The leather on the handle was peeling, so I returned the bag. However, I'm under the impression it wouldn't be a widespread issue, I think I just had bad luck. Hello, i love Tuileries Besace when it first appeared on the LV website especially the one with the pink and khaki colour. I made a reservation with my wonderful SA, and would be collecting this coming weekend. But out of the sudden i think for the price of USD2080, monogram canvas and leather.Released June 2014. That makes the space smaller than if it didn't have the magnet. I tried the Hobo on on the same day I got the Besace and could never really stop thinking . The strap on the Bloomsbury is 43" at the longest setting. I wear it at the third longest hole which is about 40". I'm 5'6" and long waisted. Worn cross-body, it hits me at the hip, which is where I want it to be. Maybe someone with a South Beach can measure the strap for comparison. Yes, I’ll measure my strap tonight.

It's my understanding this bag is to replace the recently discontinued Bloomsbury. While I love the look of Bloomsbury, it didn't work for me because of the wide bottom. It was simply too big for my frame and looked off. Its a gorgeous bag, i wanted this bag as well but the Tuileries Besace. But i thought for few days, might as well i added few more hundreds to get a. The manager states that it was a defect that I shouldn’t accept. They gave me full credit for what the purse is sold for now (which was about 0 more than I paid in Maui when it was a new release).
